I’ve never met anyone that remembers this, but about 1996 I was 20 years old and Coors came out with a commemorative 24 pack of Banquet that I believe were their first four can designs, 6 of each in the case. The cans had no tab whatsoever, just a solid top and they taped this opener to the inside of the box to open them. Old school style with the big triangle on one side to drink from and a vent hole on the other. Me and a couple buddies had a great night backroading and I’m still using the opener 30 years later. Makes me smile a little every time I open one.
